I’m so excited to share these images from Riley and Ilya’s formal session! These two are getting married in just a few days and I cannot wait.

Riley’s dress is incredible — all the layers of lace and accents of vintage, gold jewelry. Ilya’s grey suit and yellow tie are the perfect companion.

We started their session at the Rio Grande Train Station, then they humored me and stopped by the Cereal Factory, then we ended out at Saltair. The wind was in high force at that time, but the sky was a beautiful blue. It was so much fun!

After just posting Becca and Isaac’s wedding pictures I realized I hadn’t yet shared pictures from their formal session back in March. We went to this really cool warehouse that had a blue wall, exposed brick, and cool green door. I always love shooting at locations that are different, and this one especially felt like a perfect fit for Becca and Isaac.

I loved how Becca and Isaac kept it simple and small on their wedding day — a day for their close family and friends. After getting married at the temple, they feasted on yummy soup (perfect for the rainy day).

My favorite part was their beautiful wedding cake, decorated by Becca’s dear friend, Lacie. It was a 3-tiered cake covered in sugared fruit and Pirouette cookies. So delightful and finger-lickin’ good!

After all the candid and group shots, Becca and Isaac braved the chilly April weather so we could photograph them around the temple grounds. All of the pink and purple blossoms looked incredible and were the perfect background to their Spring wedding.

Becca and Isaac were married smack dab in the middle of April, which was actually a great idea this year because the blossoms were in full bloom! We only had to deal with a crazy, torrential rainstorm for the duration of group photos, which was short lived (luckily). The wet weather didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits as everyone was so happy to celebrate with Becca and Isaac!
